Plan Review / Consultation
We conduct plan reviews for your remodel or new construction projects for homes and light commercial buildings. Our services include design, consultation, plan review and third party verification to insure that projects, specifications, and building materials, meet or exceed national green building standards. Plan reviews include a search for incentives, grants, tax credits and utility rebates that your project qualifies for. This service alone can often pay for the cost of the plan review.

Home Chek is a USGBC Certified “Green Rater” providing consultation, coaching and required Third Party performance verification on LEED For Homes projects or NAHB Green Verified projects.
